Child Safety Standards
Version 1.0 · Effective: 8 September 2026
Terms of Service · Privacy Policy · Türkçe
ArtistiCo is a professional social network for artists. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how anyone can report a concern, and how we handle those reports.
1. Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse and exploitation is never permitted on ArtistiCo. This includes, without limitation:
- Any sexual content involving minors — real, drawn, digitally altered or AI-generated alike.
- Sharing, soliciting, linking to or advertising child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, soliciting sexual content from a minor, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual communication.
- Sexualisation of minors: content, comments, listings, community names or profiles that present a child in a sexual context.
- Child trafficking, child labour, or any content that facilitates, praises or normalises the abuse of children.
These rules apply everywhere in the product: posts, comments, portfolios, listings, communities, events, profiles and direct messages.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use ArtistiCo. If you are under 18, you may use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Accounts found not to meet the age requirement are closed.
ArtistiCo is not directed at children and is not marketed to them.
3. How to report
In the app: every post, comment, listing, community, event, message and profile carries a report control. Choose a reason and add a note. For child safety concerns, select “Explicit or unsafe content” and describe the concern in the note.
By email: if you cannot reach the in-app control, or prefer to contact us directly, write to support@artisticoapp.com.
Reports are never disclosed to the person being reported.
4. How we handle reports
- Child safety reports are reviewed at the highest priority, ahead of all other reports.
- Content may be withheld from view while the review is under way.
- Where a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the responsible account is closed immediately and permanently. No appeal process applies.
- Other accounts belonging to the same person are investigated and closed.
- Our general moderation commitment is to resolve reports within 24 hours; child safety reports are handled faster than that.
5. Reporting to the authorities
Confirmed child sexual abuse content and the accounts responsible are reported to the competent authorities as required by applicable law. In Türkiye these are the reporting channel of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ihbarweb.org.tr) and the Cybercrime Department of the Turkish National Police.
Relevant material is preserved only so far as a legal obligation requires and in a manner that maintains its evidentiary value; otherwise it is withheld from access.
We respond to properly issued requests from the authorities within the periods the law provides.
6. Preventive measures
- Prohibited by the rules themselves. Sexual content involving minors is expressly forbidden by Terms of Service §6, which every member accepts at sign-up.
- Reporting on every surface. The report control is placed wherever content can be seen, not on a single screen.
- Blocking. Anyone you block disappears from your feed, search, listings and inbox.
- Account termination. Violating accounts are closed permanently and attempts to re-register are blocked.
7. Designated child safety contact

8. Updates
These standards are updated as the law or the product changes. Updates are reflected in the version number and effective date at the top of this page.
