Deleting your ArtistiCo account

In the app — the fastest way
- Open ArtistiCo and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings control in the top right.
- Scroll to Manage Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on every device.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@artisticoapp.com from the address registered to the account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your handle (@yourname). We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, as Article 13 of the KVKK requires. If you cannot write from the registered address, we will ask for other evidence that the account is yours before deleting it — otherwise anyone could delete anyone’s account.
What happens, and when

| Immediately | Your account is deactivated. Your profile, posts, listings and comments stop being visible to other members. Every signed-in session is revoked and your push registrations are deleted. |
| Within 30 days | You can change your mind. Signing in again during this window restores the account and everything in it. |
| After 30 days | The account and its data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. |
What is deleted
- Your email address, sign-in credentials, and any linked Apple or Google identity
- Your profile: handle, display name, bio, city, disciplines, avatar and banner
- Experience, education, featured work and portfolio items
- Your posts, captions, comments, likes and listings
- Communities you created where you are the only owner, and your memberships in others
- Your follows and followers, and your blocks
- Your notification preferences, privacy settings and push registrations
- Your uploaded photos and videos and the thumbnails generated from them
- The direct messages you sent, including the copies in other people’s conversations
What is kept, and why

Getting a copy of your data first
Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep before you start. To request a copy of your personal data, email privacy@artisticoapp.com from your registered address. We answer within 30 days.
